The chef Doro Buirrún, as a real menorcan, enjoys cooking seasonal local produce or as we call it today in the foodie world, Km0 or slowfood.
Although the produce used in the kitchen of Bistro Ládico is local and the love that our chef and cook give to the creation of each dish, the detail that makes the difference is the fusion between a Mediterranean base and other types of cuisine, such as the Oriental or French, thanks to the worldwide experiences of Doro Buirrún and to the oriental touch given by the cook Jay Rupisán.
The menu has been specially designed to reach the gastronomic expectations of our clients and at the same time seek to surprise through the innovation of tradional recipies, mostly menorcan, and also being happy to prepare specially requested dishes.
The cherry on the cake at Bistro Ládico is the tasting menu on Saturdays, which combines an apetizer, two starters, two main dishes and a selection of homemade sweets.
We look forward to seeing you at Bistro Ládico so that you can enjoy a selection of carefully prepared dishes served in our welcoming dinning room or on our relaxing magical patio.
